Three Ways to Break Thinking Patterns

Are you open-minded? 

 

Try to imagine yourself in others’ shoes. Do not judge. You don’t have to agree, but you have to understand. You still have your different values, beliefs, thoughts but at least you try to see why someone is doing or thinking something.
