What are you proud of?

This sounds like an easy question, but giving an answer is more difficult than you would think for the first time.

This week is about pride. Today and a couple of days, try to think about things in your past and present – or even future! – that you are proud of! It could be a very small thing!

Things that count for example:

– Your attitude towards people and responsibility
– Life lessons that you have learned and you won’t do the same mistake again
– Your accomplishments
– Your goals and plans
– Your family, friends, relationships
– Your financial decisions
– Your hobbies and physical activity
– Your mind and body

What are you proud of

etc…. Write down everything that you can think of.
