Why you can be grateful to your relationships

This week let’s spend some time to think about how lucky you are to have your special people around!

 

– Make a 5 point list of why are you grateful to your partner (if have).

– Make a 5 point list of why you are grateful to your family.

– Make a 5 point list of why you are grateful to your friends.

– Make a 5 point list of why you are grateful to your pet.

Tell them! Call them or send a message. It is important to express your feelings towards them.

Never take it for granted!

You can write it down or think about it. Whatever you choose it raises your energy level.
