Lift up your motivation

Another week has been started. I wish I had another weekend! But we always have something to work on – we should be happy about it!

I always try to boost Monday with motivational ideas, I hope you enjoy them. My tip for today relates to a daily workout.


Make your workouts funnier than used to be and avoid boredom!

Make your own list for each day. You can write different exercises on a popsicle stick and put it in a jar. The only thing you have to do is to pick up one when you have a workout day.


I always have different days such as cardio, arms, legs, shoulder, back, chest and stomach. I have realized lately that I like to do exercise which I familiar with and my favourites (and might be a tiny bit easier than others). To avoid this I wrote down the entire workout list that I have searched for so far. The only thing you have to do is to pull out of the same colour as many sticks as you want to do. Popsicle stick will make a decision of your daily workout instead of you!
